This Refund Policy applies to physical products purchased through The Fade Collective Foundation’s online store, including branded merchandise and apparel. It does not apply to program enrollments, as all Foundation workforce development programs are offered at no cost to participants.

01 EDUCATIONAL PROGRAMS
All Foundation programs are free. The Fade Collective Foundation’s workforce development programs — including The Blueprint, The Legacy Prep Program, and The Build-Your-Brand Accelerator — are provided at no cost to participants. Because no payment is collected for program enrollment, no refund policy applies to program participation.
Participants who are removed from a program for Code of Conduct violations, as outlined in our Terms of Service, will not receive compensation of any kind, as no fees are charged for enrollment.
02 RETURNS — PHYSICAL PRODUCTS
We have a 30-day return policy for physical products purchased through our online store. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- In the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and unaltered;
- With all original tags still attached; and
- In its original packaging.
You will also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at info@thefadecollective.org. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
03 DAMAGES & INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will cover the cost of return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund, at your preference.
04 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalized products — items made to order or customized with specific names, numbers, or designs;
- Sale items — items purchased at a discounted or clearance price; and
- Gift cards.
Note on barber supplies: If and when The Fade Collective Foundation begins selling professional barber supplies or personal care products, certain hygiene-sensitive items (such as blades, opened grooming products, or single-use tools) will not be eligible for return. This policy will be updated at that time to reflect applicable product categories.
If you have questions about whether a specific item is eligible for return, please contact us before initiating a return request.
05 EXCHANGES
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the replacement item. This ensures the item you want is reserved and processed as quickly as possible.
If you need guidance on sizing or product availability before placing a new order, reach out to us and we will be happy to assist.
06 REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account, as processing times vary by financial institution.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact us so we can investigate.
